I've spent over twenty years in commercial finance and operations roles, working with businesses from early-stage startups to established companies turning over millions. I've sat at the boardroom table, built finance functions from scratch, and helped founders navigate everything from cash crises to successful exits.
What I've learned is that most business owners don't need more reports or more meetings. They need someone who can cut through the noise, see what's actually happening in their business, and help them make better decisions.
That's what I do. I become a strategic partner—someone who understands both the numbers and the human reality of running a business. I work alongside founders who are ready to build something sustainable, not just something that looks good on paper.
I have a particular affinity for working with women founders. Not because I think women need different advice—they don't—but because I understand the additional pressures that often come with being a woman in business, and I create a space where those pressures can be acknowledged without dominating the conversation.
